We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and factory-sealed merchandise. Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, we cannot accept returns on opened packs or individual cards.

Yes, we source our inventory directly from official distributors to ensure every booster box, elite trainer box, and blister pack is 100% authentic and untampered with.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at the time of purchase.
How are individual cards protected during transit?
To ensure your cards arrive in pristine condition, all 'singles' are placed in archival-safe sleeves and top-loaders, then shipped in rigid mailers to prevent bending.
