At Card Cavern Trading Cards, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
